CSA offer a range of services, but our most popular are our
"Post Sale Market Research Surveys".
Post Sale surveys are available in 2 variations:
1. Personal contact: This is where we contact your clients
and ask a several simple but powerful questions to measure
their true satisfaction with your business, products,
services and or staff.
We encourage the to "talk
behind your back"
and share their true feelings with us.
In turn we provide you with the analysis of those calls
along with comments. CSA is fully compliant with the
Privacy Act.
2. User managed: This is where we provide our client with a
customised arms length survey and they in turn provide the
link to their client. From the client's prospective these
surveys are conducted by CSA and are totally anonymous.
This is our most popular service.
In most cases we will also provide you with a benchmark
report which will allow you to compare your result with the
average of others using CSA.
